This dataset provides data on the income and expenditure of the City of Helsinki starting from the year 2012 onwards.

Alternatively, https://www.hri.fi/fi/dataset/helsingin-kaupungin-ostot provides data on the City of Helsinki’s procurements beginning from 2012. The data includes all municipal departments and unincorporated business entities. The data has been compiled directly from the purchase invoicing system of the City of Helsinki.
